Terms and conditions
The terms on which transfers booked with Seven Drivers are reserved, paid for and carried out.
In force since 21 October 2026
1.Purpose
These terms govern the booking and performance of the chauffeur-driven transport services offered by Seven Drivers on sevendrivers.com and in its mobile application.
Placing a booking means accepting these terms in full, in the version in force on the date of the order.
2.The service and the role of Seven Drivers
Seven Drivers arranges fixed-price transfers carried out by professional partner chauffeurs holding the licences required by the regulations that apply to their activity.
The transport itself is performed by the chauffeur or transport company assigned to the ride. Seven Drivers remains the customer's point of contact for booking, payment, follow-up and claims.
3.Booking and confirmation
Bookings are made online, at the latest 3 hours before pick-up for journeys within mainland France.
A booking is firm once the confirmation email has been sent. That email carries the booking reference and sets out:
- the pick-up and drop-off addresses;
- the date and time of pick-up;
- the number of passengers and items of luggage;
- the vehicle category and the total price.
Customers must check these details and report any error without delay.
4.Price
The price is shown and accepted before booking. It is firm and final: it covers the journey ordered, tolls, fuel, the meet-and-greet and parking at the airport or station.
The following are charged in addition, where requested or recorded:
- options chosen when booking (child seat, oversized luggage and the like);
- stops and route changes requested during the ride;
- waiting beyond the free period set out in the « During the ride » article.
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes.
5.Payment
Payment is made online by bank card at the time of booking, through our secure payment provider. Seven Drivers never stores card details.
Extras recorded during the ride are invoiced afterwards. The invoice is available in the customer account and sent by email.
6.Changing a booking
Any change (time, address, number of passengers) must be requested from the customer account or from support, at the latest 12 hours before pick-up.
Changes are confirmed by email. Where a change affects the vehicle category or the distance, the price is recalculated and the difference is charged or refunded.
7.Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations are made from the customer account. The refund depends on how long is left before pick-up:
- more than 24 hours: full refund;
- less than 24 hours: partial refund, according to the scale shown at the time of cancellation;
- passenger absent at the meeting point: no refund.
The scale that applies is the one shown on the site at the time of cancellation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Where Seven Drivers or its partner cannot perform the ride, it is refunded in full.
8.During the ride
The chauffeur waits at the agreed meeting point, with a name sign for airport and station pick-ups.
Waiting included
- airport: 60 minutes after the actual landing time;
- station: 30 minutes after the train's actual arrival;
- any other address: 15 minutes after the agreed time.
Beyond that, waiting is charged per started 15-minute period. Flights and trains are tracked: a recorded delay moves the pick-up time at no cost.
Luggage and passengers
The number of passengers and items of luggage may not exceed what was stated at booking, nor the capacity of the category booked. Otherwise the chauffeur may decline to carry them, and the fare remains payable.
9.Passenger obligations
Passengers must be at the meeting point on time and comply with on-board safety rules, in particular wearing a seatbelt, and with the no-smoking rule.
Carrying animals, oversized luggage or dangerous goods must be declared at booking. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger is charged on supporting evidence.
10.Liability and claims
Seven Drivers does everything it can for the ride to run at the agreed time. It cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure, exceptional traffic conditions, road closures or instructions from the authorities.
Claims must be sent to support within 14 days of the ride, quoting the booking reference. An answer is provided within 14 days.
11.Personal data
The data collected is used to perform the booking, issue the invoice and provide support. It is passed to the chauffeur assigned to the ride solely for the purposes of that ride.
Customers have rights of access, correction, erasure and objection, which they may exercise through support.
12.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact support. Failing agreement, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator before bringing any legal action.
